What kind of properties do you purchase?

How do you arrive at a price you are willing to pay for my land?
There are a number of factors to consider including the distance the land is from a major highway, comparable value to others in the area, how steep the land is, if it has water or any utilities on it, if it is sold with it’s timber, mineral and water rights, any covenants or resections that regulate it’s use, appearance or required maintenance of the property, if there are easements on the property for adjoining owners, conservation, utilities, etc, how it’s zoned, and factors as simple as how the land lays. We may also need to pay off bills or liens for you to get a clear title. If you need to sell your land free of costs we may be able to do that too. In that case we will pay our closing costs and the closing costs the lawyer charges you as well. Sometimes that helps people who are on a tight budget.
